Pre-orders
Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are not yet available in stock. By placing a pre-order, you secure your item in advance and will receive it once it becomes available.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, certain orders may require additional verification prior to processing or shipment. Orders flagged as medium or high risk may require a valid government-issued photo ID matching the billing name on the order. Customers may cover sensitive information, such as ID numbers, for security purposes.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This ensures that your item is reserved. Payment will be processed immediately upon checkout.
Estimated Shipping Dates
Each pre-order will have an estimated shipping date mentioned on the product page. Please note that this is an estimated date, and actual shipping dates may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping
Orders containing both pre-order items and in-stock items will be shipped together once the pre-order items arrive. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated shipping dates, delays can occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or other factors. We will keep you informed of any significant delays via email.
