We are happy to work with you to resolve any concerns through our standard procedures, which may include replacements, store credit, exchanges, or other solutions depending on the situation and in accordance with our store policies.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

When placing an order, customers agree to abide by our policies regarding returns, store credit, and dispute resolution. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us may delay the resolution process.

In the event of a dispute:

We provide proof of delivery, transaction records, customer communication, pictures prior to shipping and policy acceptance to the payment processor.

We reserve the right to contest any chargeback that does not comply with our stated policies or that is filed in bad faith.

Customers who initiate fraudulent chargebacks (for orders that were received as described) may be subject to additional review, and future purchases may be restricted.
