Shipping & Order Policy
Thank you for shopping with Brittany Marche. Please review the following information before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Processing takes 2–5 business days (not including weekends or shipping time).
Note: Orders placed during holidays, major restocks, or sales may require the full 5 business days to process due to increased volume.
Fraud Prevention & Order Verification
To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, certain orders may require additional verification prior to processing or shipment. Orders flagged as medium or high risk may require a valid government-issued photo ID matching the billing name on the order. Customers may cover sensitive information, such as ID numbers, for security purposes.
Failure or refusal to complete verification may result in processing delays, order cancellation, or refusal of service. For assistance, please contact info@brittanymarche.com.
No Cancellations or Order Changes
All orders are final once placed.
We do not cancel, change, or modify orders after they are submitted no exceptions.
This policy helps us maintain fast processing times and ensures fairness to all customers. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
Shipping Methods
We offer:
Standard Shipping (3–5 business days after processing)
Express Shipping (1–2 business days after processing) Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air are delivered within two business days after the carrier picks up the package. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays
Skip the Line (prioritized processing before standard orders)
Please note: Express Shipping speeds up delivery once shipped it does not skip the line unless paired with “Skip the Line” at checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
You will receive tracking via email once your order ships.
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Brittany Marche is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS), weather, holidays, or incorrect addresses.
ADDRESS ACCURACY & RETURNED PACKAGES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders are processed exactly as the information is entered.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, or if delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be handled once it is received back at our facility.
After inspection:
• Store credit will be issued for the merchandise only
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
If you would still like the item(s), a new order must be placed using the correct shipping details.
Brittany Marche is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or carrier fees resulting from address errors submitted at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked "Delivered" by USPS, we are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
Please file a claim with USPS if you experience this issue.
