Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, certain orders may be flagged by our payment processor or fraud prevention system for additional review prior to processing or shipment.

If an order is identified as medium or high risk, we may request identity verification to confirm that the authorized cardholder placed the order. Verification may include a valid government-issued photo ID matching the billing name on the order. Customers are permitted to cover or hide sensitive information, such as ID numbers, for security purposes. We only require enough information to verify the identity associated with the purchase.

Orders placed with failed payment authorization attempts, mismatched billing information, suspicious activity, or other fraud indicators may require additional verification before approval.

Failure or refusal to complete the verification process may result in processing delays, order cancellation, or refusal of service at our discretion.
