Thank you for shopping with Brittany Marche. Please review our policy carefully before initiating any return. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Store Credit & Exchange Eligibility

We offer store credit or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of delivery.

  • Defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued for shipping delays outside of our control.

  • All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

  • Damage caused by improper fit, wear, or forced use is not considered a defect. (Zippers and buttons are checked prior to shipping)

  • We do not issue direct refunds unless due to a verified error on our part.


2. Return Authorization Required

Returns must be approved via email before being sent.


Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.


3. How to Request a Return

To begin a return:

  • Email info@brittanymarche.com with your order number, issue, and clear photos (if applicable).

  • Once approved, the return must be shipped within 10 days of approval using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free from odors, stains, or damage

  • In original packaging with all tags attached

If the returned item shows wear, stretching, scent, or forced fit, it will be sent back without store credit and at customer cost.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Accessories, bags, and clutches

  • Bodysuits


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges due to limited inventory.
Please return the item for store credit and use it to place a new order.
Store credits never expire.


6. Incorrect Items Received

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us immediately at info@brittanymarche.com with a clear photo.

  • We will provide a return label and ship the correct item once the original is received back.


Wardrobing & Customer-Caused Damage

Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items prior to shipping.


A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw present before wear or use (for example, a zipper that fails on the first attempt without force).

Defective or damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery by contacting us directly via email with clear photo or video evidence.

If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

We do not issue store credit or replacements for:

  • Items that appear worn, stretched, or used

  • Damage caused by improper fit or forced wear

  • Rips, snags, or cuts caused during unboxing or wear

Please note: A zipper issue caused by improper fit (for example, difficulty zipping due to sizing) is not considered a manufacturing defect. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product notes prior to purchasing.

Customers suspected of wardrobing or intentional misuse may be restricted from future purchases. Items returned under these conditions may be sent back without credit.


Zippers, Closures & Fit-Related Stress

Zippers, buttons, snaps, and seams are considered wear-sensitive components and may be affected by fit, or force during try-on.

  • Issues that occur after try-on or due to pulling, stretching, or stress are not manufacturing defects

  • Items with closures that separate during try-on are not eligible for refunds


Altered or Attempted Repairs

Items that have been altered, adjusted, or repaired after delivery (including attempted zipper reattachment) are not eligible for refunds or full store credit.

  • Once altered, an item is no longer in original condition and cannot be resold

  • If approved, store credit may be issued minus repair or handling costs, at our discretion


8. Sizing Responsibility

Please refer to our size chart and product descriptions before purchasing.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection.
Items damaged due to improper fit are not considered defective.


9. Shipping Fees & Partial Refunds

  • Original shipping fees and Skip the line services are non-refundable

  • For orders paid using Afterpay or Shop Pay, partial refunds will be issued due to non-refundable processing fees


10. ADDRESS ACCURACY & RETURNED PACKAGES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Orders are processed exactly as the information is entered.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, or if delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be handled once it is received back at our facility.

After inspection:

• Store credit will be issued for the merchandise only

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

If you would still like the item(s), a new order must be placed using the correct shipping details.

Brittany Marche is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or carrier fees resulting from address errors submitted at checkout.


11. Pricing Adjustments

We do not honor price adjustments for previous orders.
Sale or promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively.


12. Dispute Resolution

Please contact us directly at info@brittanymarche.com before filing a chargeback or dispute.
Filing a dispute before giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue may delay the outcome.

In the event of a chargeback, we provide:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Policy acceptance

  • All communication and transaction records
    ...to support our case with the payment processor.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

To protect our customers and business from fraudulent activity, certain orders may require additional verification prior to processing or shipment. Orders flagged as medium or high risk may require a valid government-issued photo ID matching the billing name on the order. Customers may cover sensitive information, such as ID numbers, for security purposes.
